Balboa Mission Shopping Center is located in Granada Hills, California. Balboa Mission Center sustained extensive earthquake damage in the Northridge Earthquake. MAY Centers contracted with Kato & Associates, the owner of Balboa Mission Center, to redevelop this prime San Fernando Valley shopping center. The renovation included the construction of a 50,000 square foot Vons Supermarket, a 28,000 square foot Ross Store, three new pad buildings, and a new store front for the entire shopping center.
